With Hyper-V 2012 R2 VMs can stay running during backing, but the process is then to take a snapshot, and export that (new feature in 2012R2)
Any plans to include that in perhas ver 2.0 if this script?

The file must have gotten lost in the conversion to the new site format. I’ve re-uploaded it.
I warn you that in PowerShell terms, this script is ancient. It was only tested on 2008 R2. I think it will work on 2012. It might work on 2012 R2, but it doesn’t know that it can export VMs while they’re online.
