A technician skilled in various areas of technology, Brian has specialized skills in Microsoft, Watchguard, ProtectPoint IDS/IPS and Network Security. Brian has lead team members in the areas of desktop support and repair, LAN system design and repair, WAN system design and repair, and wireless design and implementation. As Director of Managed Services, Brian’s current area of responsibility is leading the development and implementation of our Managed Services service desk, managed backup practice and monitoring and management services.
