have you enabled CPU virtualization instructions in the settings of the Windows VM? Also I’m curious about the use case for this. Why not run a linux VM in ESXi ?

I have ESXi 6.5 running, and I have a Windows 10 VM which I had imported (ovf) and inside of this VM there is VirtualBox which is supposed to run a headless Linux VM.
The issue I have is that the headless VirtualBox Linux VM loops constantly, like its is trying to figure out the underlying hardware.
Any suggestions?

Depends on which one you’re talking about 😉
I personally turn the server only when I need it, the rest of the time it is switched off.
The mini-pc that runs ArgoCD is on all the time as it uses very little energy.
