An employee clicked on an email on a Thursday and by that Friday, the network was suffering from a massive ransomware attack. That weekend, we were able to restore from the Altaro backup (with the help of Altaro's excellent support). We wiped out all 10 workstations to remove any and all infections. This success story is in stark contrast to another where Altaro was not in place but every other precaution was taken and yet, failure and data loss occurred.
